My work is centered around helping the nervous system move out of survival states and into safety, presence, and emotional clarity.I combine somatic practices, yoga therapy, pranayama, and sound healing to support regulation on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.This is not about escaping life , it’s about learning how to stay present in it.
